sparks-n-mindTower records, the independent Irish music store will host the launch of the new ‘Sparks n’ Mind’ charity compilation CD on Thursday, June 11. The launch is to support the Irish voluntary group Aware and will take place at the Wicklow Street store. The special event will kick off at 1pm with live music from artists who feature on the album including Ham Sandwich and Le Galaxie.
The track list features a healthy host of big name and cutting edge Irish talent including Bell X1, Republic of Loose, Lisa Hannigan, Cowboy X, Damien Dempsey and The Flaws. Most of the bands featured were recorded in the Temple Lane Recording Studios by the Sound Training Centre final year students.

‘Sparks n’ Mind’ is released by 1969 Records and will be available from June 12. For further info check out www.towerrecords.ie.
